Phantom Trail Riders Meeting Minutes 02/05/14

OLD BUSINESS
 
 - Looked at possible pickup truck purchase, still looking for something in the $1000 - $1500 range
      Hummer informed us to check with Tracey Blakeslee from DR Tech
- Land owner agreement acquisitions have been assigned to members
      Little to no progress at this time
- New fuel tank is working well.  Need to add about 400 gallons
      Tony will take care of this at Burnett Dairy
- Lawnmower Races on Memory Lake will be February 15th
      John will check with Hummer regarding PA System and plastic for Pavilion walls and heater
      Donny has Honda Generator to be used for starting line lights
      John will print out race charts and waiver
      Pay back entry fee for first place in each class
      Luedtke Landscaping will plow the lanes on Memory Lake
- New Grooming schedule to be made and drivers selected for shifts
      Grooming Schedule is working, groomers need to find people to cover shifts or contact John if they cannot run

NEW BUSINESS
 
- Long Sleeve Mock Turtle Necks with Phantom Logo on Front are available for $20
- Val from T-Dawgs is scheduling a poker run for Saturday March 1st
     PTR will donate two shirts for door prizes
