OLD BUSINESS
 
Wendy Pearson will look further into Homestead Embroidery for one-time setup of logo (No progress)
In Town Trail Sign:  (T.A. is on it)  (No Progress)
   - Approximately 4 X 4
   - Add BP/Amoco
   - Add Phantom Trail Riders Welcome You to Grantsburg
   - Add Website
   - Add Non-Resident Trail Pass Required
Street crossing signs need paint (Suzy Johnson to do, Donny to get them to Suzy) (No Progress)
Landowner gift certificates out in January (1/2 Complete)
Add No Snowmobiling signs along HWY 70 in town (Probably wait until next year)
Equipment Purchase:  (table all items until next fall )
    - Salamander Heater Propane  (O.K. to purchase this year, but probably not necessary now)
    - Limbing Saw
    - Chain Saw
    - Power Post Auger
Bag Phone for sure (Tom H. will contact phone company to review service options) (No Progress)
Trail Maintenance sheets to reside inside room at new building
Guide poles on New Building garage doors to help skid into building (Will do in Spring)
Hazard (open ditch) on 45S near Fish Lake Rd crossing (This has been filled in)
Get bids to county association for insulating and sheeting inside of new building
    Received bid and it is about $4800
Discussions regarding four-wheelers not respecting trail rules on the trails south of Hwy 70
    Jeff Schinzing to be contacted to deal with continuing problem of four wheelers
County would like a pipe on the groomer that can have cones stacked for emergency situations while grooming

NEW BUSINESS
 
Need to plan a workday late spring or summer to finish off any remaining tasks at new building
April meeting to contain election of officers
Discuss three sided shelter construction for this summer at April meeting
