Treasure's Report was reviewed and approved
Cold weather 4' fluorescent light is in new building and needs to be installed
Install Phantom Trail Riders sign at Fairgrounds building  (Don & Rick will do this)
Sign Changes:
  - Stop A Sec is now Holiday
  - Add Hummer's Rendezvous
  - Amoco is now BP/Subway
  - Add Gateway Plaza
John and TA still need to get out Brown signs, New in town signs, and 55 mph dusk to dawn, Rick thinks he has these.

NEW BUSINESS
 
White signs have been updated with Woodlands Grille and removed Country Store / access route
Checks for commercial sponsors to be sent in to AWSC, some still need to be collected from
Donny to call Kenny Hoefs about tree by Ed Grenkes
Tree across east of Burnett Dairy needs to be taken down
45 S brushing (Dan Thill possible contact)
Proposal for brown signs for Trails groomed by the Phantom Trail Riders (4 qty Leaving, 4 qty Welcome)

John to ask Penny about overnight card working at Holiday  (Rick said we have a new card in tractor to try)
Need to fix rear running light on tractor

Proposal to build sign racks inside enclosed room at new building (build this winter when signs are out)
Pegboard still needs to be installed above bench for tools
