OLD BUSINESS
 
Treasure's Report was reviewed and approved
T.A. will look into brown signs for entering and leaving PTR maintained trails
  - Signs are here
  - Need to get signs out on trails
Fence will be put up on East side of Car Wash on Saturday Dec. 6th to keep drag from sliding into building
  - Waiting for bill from Moyers
Donny will check with Rick Melin about new chains for tractor and more blank blazers
  - Waiting for chains to come into Burnett Dairy, Blazers are Siren
Corn may be still in field between Strom's and Mike Carey's on trail 150
  - Corn is out and trail is groomed
T.A. will check into an after hours fuel card for BP
 - John will talk to Danny Carlson regarding gas cards, prepaid cards, and new O'Reilly's Battery from this summer for watercross
Rick Melin and Maury Johnson have been looking into a trail from Trade Lake to trail 119
 
NEW BUSINESS
 
Rear Light in tractor needs bulb replaced
Plowing in Gin Rickey's lot near car wash needs to be addressed after each snowfall where the trail enters the parking lot
Front assist light may not work in tractor
Looking into after hours gas cards for both gas stations
