Treasure's Report was reviewed and approved
Pursue getting West Marshland side mount brusher for North Fork Dike
  - Mike will talk to George Clark or Jeff Erickson about brushing North Fork Dike sides
    approved for up to $200.
   - Completed and looks great
10 mph speed limit signs anywhere trail is within 150 ft of a residence.
  - 10 mph signs are in PTR clubhouse
Donny needs trail land use agreements for 150

NEW BUSINESS
 
Keyless entry pad added to the west garage door at the PTR Clubhouse
Summer Project:  Add alignment posts to inside of garage for drag when exiting
Emergency event call list for tractor to be created
Expenses for Byers, John, Skip, Garrett
1-13-10 Meeting at Hummer’s for Mid Winter Sports Day
    - Fire pits
    - PA system
    - Medals
    - Possible Rules changes (talk to Pine City)
    - Deadline for Registration
    - ATVS & Gators need passes to be onsite, Hummer needs to know how many
Hydraulic leak on tractor needs attention
Tires on drags need attention
