OLD BUSINESS
 
Treasure's Report was reviewed and approved
10 mph speed limit signs anywhere trail is within 150 ft of a residence.
- 10 mph signs are in PTR clubhouse
- 10 mph is only 10:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Donny needs trail land use agreements for 150
Keyless entry pad added to the west garage door at the PTR Clubhouse
Summer Project: Add alignment posts to inside of garage for drag when exiting
Emergency event call list for tractor to be created
1-13-10 Meeting at Hummer’s for Mid Winter Sports Day
- Fire pits
- Chronozy fire wood
- PA system
- Medals
- Possible Rules changes (talk to Pine City)
- Deadline for Registration
- ATVS & Gators need passes to be onsite, Hummer needs to know how many
- Shawn Corty and Keebler will plow the lake
- John to get medals coming
- Need to look at Pine City rules for classes and medals
Hydraulic leak on tractor needs attention
Tires on drags need attention
- Purchase new tires and hubs for groomer then store them inside over summer

NEW BUSINESS
 
Signs for Mid-Winter Sports Day to get dispursed throughout the county.
Chetek Winter Sports event flyer was passed around
Ike will scan document about Cap/Step bill for John to send out to everyone
New tractor has arrived and all equipment has been switched over
