Treasure's Report was reviewed and approved
Donny needs trail land use agreements for 150 and 119
   Still in process
Summer Project: Add alignment posts to inside of garage for drag when exiting
   - Contact Jerry Kozak about drainage concerns and sloping the area around the clubhouse.
Emergency event call list for tractor to be created
   In process
PTR is responsible to remove and install signs from Town to Fish Lake Rd
 - Ike and Arlen will take 45S
Watercross 2010
  - PTR responsible for weed removal just like last year
  - Club agrees to participate in same capacity as previous year
Vintage Ride Summary:
      About 11 in attendance
      Went to Tony’s and Dean and Rick Nelson's property
      Tim suggested two vintage rides next year.  One in February and one in March
     
NEW BUSINESS
 
- Store drags at Skip’s for the summer instead of at fairgrounds
- Ike to file tax exempt form with IRS for non-profit
- Need to clean up signs in PTR clubhouse and store
- Skip to powerwash the new tractor when drags go to storage or every time he grooms in the mud.
- Guys pulling in signs need to make sure to fill out time sheets and give them to Donny, Rick, or John
