Phantom Trail Riders Meeting Minutes 08/03/11

Short informal meeting at clubhouse:
  Donny and Ike attending
Ike reported:
  -There is $124,000 earmarked for Burnett County for trail clean up. When we start clearing trails next month, we need to record our work hours as "Storm Damage".
  -Work day to clean the club house for the fair is Wednesday, August 10 @ 7:00pm. Pontoons are still there on 8-3-11.
  -Need to decide what trails to start clearing. From the meadows to Hap's is reported to be heavily burdened with down trees.

New Business:
  -Need to replace the Mercury outboard motor on retriever #1.
  -Need to replace the winch on retriever #2. #1 has a 1500 lb winch now.
