Phantom Trail Riders Meeting Minutes 02/06/13

OLD BUSINESS
 
 - Looked at possible pickup truck purchase, still looking for something in the $1000 - $1500 range
    Still looking at this point
- Mid-Winter Sports February 23rd
    Lawn Mower Races have been cancelled because of conflict with Race at Tenth Hole in Yellow Lake
    Discussed possible other events, may look into Vintage oval racing. Tim Wood suggested Andy Anderson of Milltown as possible contact.
- Commercial Sponsors and Paid Members have been confirmed and submitted to AWSC
- Looking into side mounted brush mower for tractor
    Hydraulic driven
    Small enough so no counter weight is needed (3' - 4' rotary style)
    Retractable on pivot that has some kind of shear pin setup

NEW BUSINESS
 
- Trails will be groomed if we get snow as predicted
- Tony mentioned a truck near Dean Selander's that  may fit our requirements.  It will be looked at.
