Phantom Trail Riders Meeting Minutes 01/02/14

OLD BUSINESS
 
 - Looked at possible pickup truck purchase, still looking for something in the $1000 - $1500 range
      NO Action at this time
 - Looking into side mounted brush mower for tractor
     Hydraulic driven
     Small enough so no counter weight is needed (3' - 4' rotary style)
     Retractable on pivot that has some kind of shear pin setup
     Lee Moyer or Byers have one that we can try to see if it will do what we want
- Caution light upon starting tractor needs to be addresses
     Fuel sensor replaced solving problem
- Look into old Mason Insurance policy and potential new policy for club members while working on trails
    Tom will look into same policy and report back with new rates
    Tom has three calls in with no response.  Decided to table this until late summer.
- Commercial sponsors to be updated on website and Facebook page
   Done
- Groomer and chains on tractor so we are ready to groom on evening
   Done

NEW BUSINESS
 
- Land owner agreement acquisitions have been assigned to members
- New fuel tank is in place and will be ready soon.  Directions for use will be in groomer
- Lawnmower Races on Memory Lake will be February 15th
- New Grooming schedule to be made and drivers selected for shifts
