Phantom Trail Riders Meeting Minutes 12/01/15

OLD BUSINESS
 
 - Land owner agreement acquisitions have been assigned to members
      Tom has 2 agreements, need continued efforts by Don, John and Mark
 - Maintenance on Drags:  Manufacture mogul buster whenever there is time and fit onto groomer when available
        Drag will be moved into PTR clubhouse and prepped for grooming
 -  Theft status update.  Court date has scheduled for January 14th, 2016.  John and Mark have been subpoenaed to testify.
 - Discussion regarding new trail passes and DNR.  Registration is sill obtained through DNR.  Trail passes are obtained through the AWSC if you are a club member.  If not trail passes are obtained from DNR Licensing Locations.
 - Still need to purchase pistol grip grease gun - Dan Byers will pick one up
 - New board for East Garage door opener has been installed.  Receiver unit that is in tractor still needs to be programmed
 - Don will look into getting new sign posts similar to ones that Polk County uses
 - Trail 45N in new re-route section has several steel T posts.  PVC pipe slipped over the top with reflective will be used to mark them
        - Need confirmation that this has been done
 - Some signs on 45N have been replaced / updated

NEW BUSINESS
 
 - Report about 4x4 ruts behind Wayne Luedtke's has been reviewed and will likely not be a problem once snow is available to fill
 - Wet conditions and crops may limit any brushing / mowing on Trail 150.  Suggestion to knock down tall grass on DOT land with four wheelers so that trail location can be found easier has been made
 - Snowmobile safety course is scheduled for this weekend.  Currently do not have enough members to hold class.  John will put notice on Facebook about registering online
 - John will check with Alpha Tire regarding spare set of front wheels for tractor
 - Commercial Sponsor one time free letter has been sent
 - Dan will check on fuel tank level and report back at next months meeting
 - Need to review winch cable status on tractor when it comes back from county use
